Privacy Summary – SMB BSL Limited 

I provide BSL interpreting services and only collect the minimum personal data needed to arrange and deliver bookings. This typically includes agency contact details, booking information and email correspondence.

I do not routinely use client names. Where identification is necessary, initials only are used. 

Invoices contain only agency email addresses and booking references and are stored securely using OneDrive. 

Timesheets are destroyed once submitted and booking emails are deleted after assignments are completed.

I use mail.com for emails and protect my devices with passwords and Biometrics. Personal data is kept secure and deleted when no longer needed.

Data is processed under contract and legitimate interests, in line with the UK GDPR.
